Pasir Ris Master Plan 2025 – A Coastal Town Reinvented

Pasir Ris, long known for its beachside charm and family-friendly lifestyle, is set for a major transformation under the URA Draft Master Plan 2025. The vision is to enhance Pasir Ris as “Our Urban Sanctuary”—a town that balances green living, modern amenities, and excellent connectivity.

Residents can look forward to the new Integrated Transport Hub, which opened in 2025, bringing seamless links between MRT, buses, and retail. Upcoming stations along the Cross Island Line, including Pasir Ris East (2030) and Elias (2032), will further shorten travel times to the rest of Singapore.

Lifestyle upgrades are also on the horizon. A 1.2 km Central Greenway will connect Pasir Ris Park to the town centre, while refreshed neighbourhood centres at Elias Mall, Loyang Point, and Pasir Ris West Plaza will feature new play spaces, fitness corners, and sheltered walkways.

With more housing near Pasir Ris Park, improved sport-in-precinct facilities, and community hubs like Pasir Ris 8, the town is evolving into a vibrant, well-connected, and sustainable coastal community. The future of Pasir Ris promises the best of both worlds—serenity by the sea and the conveniences of modern living.
